MBB vs Tier two consulting firms
Is there really a difference? Are the clients really second tier as well? In terms of trying to go to B-school afterwards will it matter that you didn't work at the top three and worked instead at like Deloitte or an Accounting firm? I mean these are all huge international companies aren't they?

Yes, yes (could be same client, bigger scope of work or impact for MBB), and yes (but Deloitte name wouldn't stop you from getting into an M7). However, every experience is what you make of it

imo yes, there’s a big difference in both clients as well as the type of opportunities you’re considered for post-consulting
