Is anyone here part of Microsoft’s azure cxp team? What sort of work does a dev(swe) gets in the team? How is the work culture, growth opportunity, work life balance within the team?

I'm ex CXP-Engineering, CXP is very large now, so you know if you're being considered for CXP Engineering or for Support Engineering or some other team? Almost all products built, are for internal use.

Not too tough, you can interview at other teams and switch
Cxp is a large org, there are some very bad teams and others that are good. Make sure to ask around to not join the bad ones.
I think Cxp is doing a lot of exiting work and is a major player for Azure’s success. The devs work on developing and improving the health dashboards. Work life balance is good like any other MS team..
^ bullshit, avoid this department at all costs, many people left to join css, it's rigged, full of racism, and buddies from Windows who found a hack to promote themselves fast, don't join this org.
Azure CXP is a fast growing organization (doubles in size every year) with a leader (Billy) that deeply cares about his people (top notch WHI and LEI scores), very innovative and customer focused (attend the monthly pillar reviews and demo days to get a taste of how awesome this team is), EVP (Scott and Jason) support and visibility, (almost) zero politics, open and encouraging culture (we even have a culture club where employees are welcome to bring unique ideas and foster/experiment them), huge emphasis on D&I (Billy is himself the exec sponsor for D&I for all of Azure. Programs such as BAM, LEAP, MSSA, Aspire, Ascent etc. are top on employee and managers minds). Billy is steadily infusing fresh blood at his LT to bring diverse and outside perspectives while on the growth journey. This is the place where programs such as FastTrack and ACE (engineering led support for top customers) was pioneered. Employees have a growth path in an ever growing org, with supportive managers and leaders.
Not really….
Bunch of unfit leaders from Windows made here, and making their careers. Home for D&I and HR violations - it’s shame. Many dumb asses who can not be hired elsewhere or outside the company. Just avoid.
