MS Vs Intuit (India)

Hi,
Received offers from Microsoft Azure compute team (Hyderabad) and from Intuit quickbooks online advanced team (Bangalore). Which do you think will be better in terms of work culture and growth. (in TC and learning). What are the prospects for each specially TC going forward.
Any cons and pros of each.
Also evaluate the offer and if I can negotiate.

MS (L63) TC:
37.5 base + upto 30% performance bonus + RSU (100k USD over 4 years)
JB - 4 lac first yr, 3 second yr + Around 1.5 lac relocation bonus

Intuit (Senior SE) TC:
38 base + upto 15% perf bonus + RSU (65k over 4 yrs)
JB = 8 lac first yr.
Updated Intuit TC
JB 8 lac for first yr, 6 lac for second
Rsu- 75k
Base- 39
Though, its still bit less than msft. What do you think.
What is the normal hike and refreshers in each of them.

Current TC:
48 lpa
YOE:
8+ yrs

      Firstly, less people and QuickBooks is doing good. It doesn't have many competitors. And Intuit's stock is doing very well.

      Lol . Microsoft stock has tripled in last 5 years though it may not continue skyrocketing this way. Also Microsoft grants refreshers every year .

    Not Intuit. Yearly hike around 10-15. Promotion is screwed from senior to staff, they favour people working here since a long time to the lateral hires.

    And sire, definitely not advacnced team :)

      Companies like Intuit ms are retirement companies. You come , give your 10% which usually is more than enough. But culture is changing here a lot. You would find seniors spending late nights on meetings. The team which makes decisions is not in IDC.

    I had an offer from Intuit and they told me stock refreshers are 25% of your initial grants. Didn't end up joining them though.

    This seems a no brainier to me . Microsoft TC is much better and is also better engineering than Intuit in general .Better to talk to a person from azure compute of the particular team has any issues . Otherwise it's a no brainier

      Avg refresher should be around 15-20k for L63. Percent hike is around 10%

    MS target bonus is half of what's in your offer, so consider it as 15%. Refreshers are pretty absymal too.

    Azure is known to have terrible work life balance unlike most of ms. On the flip side, comp and promos should be a bit easier.

    In Microsoft avg perf will give you 15% bonus easily. Also each year there is a stock grant which you have not listed above.

      I think the stock grants aka refreshers are usually very low . Still the TC is much better than Intuit any day
