For the Blue Cross Primera plan -- What is the out of pocket maximum OOPM for a family of 4? -- Is this OOPM higher when you consider out of network health coverage? If yes, what is the value? -- Regarding out of network providers not registered with Blue Cross, I was told that I will have to pay the provider and then get it reimbursed from Blue Cross. -- What %'ge of the cost is reimbursed -- What is the procedure to file for reimbursements and how convoluted is it in getting the reimbursements Thanks in advance for the info.
