MSFT TC for L62?

Have an on-site coming up. Need to decided if I should go or skip. Can they go up to 230 TC for L62 with competing offers?

Yes, easily. My TC at L61 is right around there (225K TC).

M in the same boat, have another competing offer who is willing to pay 250. Can msft match at l61?

Probably can't go that high at L61. Keep in mind cost of living if the 250K place is not in Seattle.
