Come up with a competitive offer from other big companies. And ask them to match. If they really need you, they will match the offer.
Terrible offer. Are you SDE1 at Amazon? SDE2 TC at Amazon should be higher than 180k.

Standard L61 offer. It’s on the higher side if anything. Plus we don’t get any decent refresher. Keep that in mind before making a decision.
I got same offer at Cambridge. And this was after a lot of negotiations. The first offer was serious low ball.
