Manager roles in Bay
I recently accepted my first Software Manager role. I have 11 people across 2 sites. I'm based in the Midwest, but would like to move out to the bay area. How long should I keep this job for before companies will recognize my experience? TC 200K

2-3 years as manager is g enerally minimum that’s required to be considered for management roles. You can spin experience though (not that I recommend it)
