Marrying a Canada PR

I’m working in USA on H1b but my girlfriend has a Canada PR (though both are born in Asia). So what are my options if I want to marry her and continue working in USA. My question is can Canada PR to citizenship allow her to work in USA? Please help me with any information you have.

After PR, it takes 5 years to get Canadian citizenship (including 2 years of processing time). After that, she can work in US in TN Visa only if she meets all the criteria for it.

Ohh 5yrs is too long, but she is in Canada for 6yrs now. How long it takes from the start of citizenship application?

I know for sure that staying in Canada for 3 years within 5 year window will allow u to apply for citizenship. So technically 3 year will be earliest.
If she has studied in Canada long enough, that time could essentially be reduced to only 2 years after the day she obtained PR.
