Medallia is cutting cost. It just laid off 50 employees recently. Yet it is telling employees it is a high growth company going IPO next year. Beware!! Most likely a buyout and unlikely to fetch the enterprise value employees are expecting.
Sounds a lot like they want to improve the numbers on their spreadsheet in order to look better for an acquisition.
Yup. Most likely. Space is very crowded. Survey monkey and qualtrics are beat them to an IPO...so limits options...I haven’t seen 3 public players in most Enterprise SW categories. Also the current market is limited compared to CRM, HR etc
Interviewed there and they were flaky and disorganized
I interviewed with them back in April and they were incredibly responsive. My HR contact was one of the best I’ve worked with during the job search process. Didn’t end up taking the offer for other reasons.
Interviewed there and the got offer, accepted verbally and then after some days they mentioned they will be withdrawing it
Which department?
This comment didn’t age so well. Cost cutting and layoffs were real, but it was shedding fat in the run up to a strong IPO in mid-2019. Definitely exceeded employee expectations.
This post did not age well.
Medallia was piece of crap an year ago and so is it now... not worth your time.
