Medium-High TC with flexible hours
What are companies that has no restrictions on working from home/remote or flexible work hours, but also comes in with a good TC ( > $230k for 3 year exp)? I can think of a lot of places with the former but not high TC like Gitlab/ Automattic/ Buffer, etc

Is Airbnb remote friendly?
It looks like they have some remote positions open, but nothing under engineering currently, which probably means it's a very rare opportunity or just not something they offer for engineers up-front.
