Mental health services: kaiser, premera, or Aetna
Does anyone use mental health services like therapy and groups at the above? Which one can you vouch for? I haven’t had a lot of success with kaiser personally... also if you are with premera or Aetna how much do you usually pay for such visits and what is your plan?

Kaiser mental health sucks. Outpatient substance abuse counselors only. Have you considered going out of network and paying for it yourself? Also try betterhelp.
