Meraki New Grad Offer
Anyone familiar with Meraki's new grad offer (possibly for returning interns) in San Francisco?
With FAANG competing offer: 146 base , 15 sign on, 30k annual performance bonus , can negotiate for stocks as well.
For what role?
Meraki is adopting Cisco job architecture which includes bonus structure. New grads will get 12-15% annual bonus.
Unless Cisco is hiring a new grade to grade 8 to 10, theres no way their bonus could be 12 - 15%. New hire is usually G4 or best case, G6
You're right. I came in @ grade 9 but that was non-standard. However, this may still be the grade level for new Product Managers.
Wow you're so lucky. Do u know how long it took for "old timers" to get to G9? Lol anyway that's what Cisco is having to do to compete with the FAANG offers. Cisco needs to do something about their pay however this problem only exists in the bay area. Low cost areas are mostly fine (since there isnt much competition) and they can't just jack up bay area without adjusting the other locations too
