Lol it is not a bunch of mechanics building a self driving car. We have a serious bunch of researchers and Engineers !
Yeah no one is disputing that. It’s just that the amount of controls in place are different and the upper/middle management has different expertise in a non tech company. Makes it easier to make mistakes. I am sure you have great engineers and researchers, but when they get pressed against the wall to deliver by say a VP who is clueless as to how AI/ML works, mistakes will happen.
Mercedes is the King of unreliability and problems.
