His campaign took the Russian help. It's well documented. However there was not much evidence for blatant collusion . Check Trump's answer to Muller questions. But his mandate was much broader than that: to state what did or did not happen. That’s precisely what he did: Mueller, in addition to concluding that evidence was insufficient to charge any American with crimes relating to Russian election interference, also stated emphatically in numerous instances that there was no evidence – not merely that there was insufficient evidence to obtain a criminal conviction – that key prongs of this three-year-old conspiracy theory actually happened. As Mueller himself put it: “in some instances, the report points out the absence of evidence or conflicts in the evidence about a particular fact or event.”
Nice copy paste but you can actually read in Muller report how Trump answered his questions. Then it will make sense to you how it was "insufficient" . Also cover up and obstruction is equally messed up. But if you elected him given the incompetent dirt bag he was this would be a small change.
My favorite takeaway was basically that he would have obstructed justice had his staff followed orders: while plotting a crime is not a crime it shows he’s not the sharpest tool in the shed.

The bottom line of the report is that there was a lot of collusion of the campaign with russians, and obstruction if justice as well, but collusion itself is not a crime and it is not clear if obstruction was enough to be a crime. It never debunks Russian collusion. what are you smoking?
They knew very early on the investigation only started bc of bullshit opposition funded dossier. Ask yourself why knowing there was no collusion, investigation still continued? Was it to wait for midterm elections to manipulate the result ?
