Microsoft Annual Reward bonus percentage?
Does anyone know what a good bonus percentage should be? 50% 90% 20% ?
I think the target bonus is 5-10% until L63, at which point it becomes 15%. But of course you can always get higher if you perform well (I got 17-18% two years in a row at below L63)

No stocks refresh for 59-62?
All levels L59 and above get stock. Target for L59 is pretty laughable, though.

65-66: 20%
Completely dependent on the role you're in. There are MANY different pay plans.
Bonus ranges are on hrweb. Target is the midpoint of the range. There are a few incentive plans, too - engineering bonuses are different than sales bonuses.
The RSU refresh/stock bonus seems a bit low (assuming you meant 15K vested over 4 years). Or did you mean 15K vesting every year for 4 years? How is it for L64 and higher?
