What is refresher target? We have no refreshers
Recruiter said 0-30% annual stock award (target 15%) which I may have mistermed a refresher.
No bonus was a separate item according to her. Bonus is cash. Stock refresh also given annually and vesting over some amount of years (scribbled notes not next to me rn)
Sign on can be more, probably 35 or 40k
125k stock per year or 4yr in total?

Yes I have competing offers. They're better, but I do like the role and op at MS... I'm gonna ask for more stock and a higher signing bonus and if it doesn't work there's always other options. Also in no need to find a new gig either... started this hunt to see what is out there but (mostly) okay with current job
