Microsoft Bonus Structure
Pre - negotiation Bonus Structure for L62 (0 to 30%) , with 20% as average. After first round of negotiation Increased base salary and Bonus (0 to 20%) Is the Bonus Structure different for different folks? If yes, what does the second one mean. It's all L62.
L62 is 0-20% with 10% as average. It is non-negotiable.
Interesting, how come they gave 20% as average before negotiation. May be the base was low. Thanks
