Microsoft India Pay Comparison (Mkt & Sales)
Was wondering what the usual pay is for marketing and sales roles in Microsoft-India. Some feedback would be great. Thank you. Here are my details. YOE - 12 yrs Level 63 CTC - INR 43 lakhs ($65k) Bonus (CBI+RBI) - Usually 5 lakhs / year ($7.5k) Stocks - 9 lakhs / year ($21k)

Well, that's more than what I get in engineering team in MS Hyderabad. Does anyone know what are engineering (Sr. SDE) compensation is at L63?
MS doesn't pay well in India. They better align with market or prepare to lose talent. Brand name only goes so far in retaining talent.
Are you tucking kidding me? Microsoft India benefits are amazing.
Benefits good, pay not so much, at least not in engineering below senior levels.
