Microsoft Internal transfer stock refresh
Community, during internal transfer I know base salary is reevaluated. Can we expect stock refresh/new hire stocks also on internal transfer. Example : From what I know on hire stocks are way more in Redmond than in India for same level. So when one transfers from India to Redmond, can they expect some more stocks as well? Current stocks : 120K
