Stocks are quite low.
I think you should push for L61. L60 is for new grads.
Base looks good but stocks look really really low. I’ve seen L59 Eng offers with much more stocks on Blind. From what I’ve read on blind, Microsoft’s stocks refresher also really really low so your only option for high TC is to negotiate for much more signing stocks. Probably something in the region of 100k. Getting competing offers will help with the negotiation.
