Got the below offer for Software Engineer 2 (L61) position in Microsoft, Redmond. Any room to negotiate? I don’t have any other offers. Team will be Azure networking. Thank you guys.

Base: 131k
Sign-on: 30k
RSU: 80k/4 years
bonus: 0-20% of base, recruiter says 10% for most ppl
stock refresh: 0-13k/yr

projected year 1 TC: 195k-210k

YOE: 4 years w/ MS degree
Current TC 150k

    My friend who’s a masters new grad got 130k/4 stock and 50k sign on, so you can definitely ask for more

    Could try "asking" for more RSUs though.
