Seattle Base: 185k Signing bonus: 60k Stock: 250k (over 4 years) Yoe: 5 Is it a lowball? I had higher competing offers and this is after negotiation.

Itās a high base for 64. I donāt know how the sign-on stuff compares because Iām an old-timer and joined at 59.

Average offer. I would target ~300K for L64 SDE. Microsoft offer is achieving the new low every month.
Right, they offer me about 385k for MSR position. I asked for 470k.they say no i say go hell
I feel the same. I was hoping to get 300 at least, 250 is really low for L64.
It is normal, i got MSR L65 offer when PhD +5ļ¼ i declined.
I wouldn't expect a PhD offer to be low. PhD counts towards work experience.
