I have 2 yoe as a Software Engineer. The position is also Software Engineer at the Redmond, WA campus. Didn't mention current TC. How much room do I have to negotiate with no competing offers? Base Salary: 115,000 Sign On: 15,000 On hire stock: 38,000 (over 4 years) Stock: 10,000 (over 5 years) Relocation: 9,000 Up to 20% annual bonus. UPDATE: Base: 121,000 Sign On: 15,000 On hire stock: 77,000 Stock: (No amount, said I would be eligible for "Stock Award") Relocation: 9,000 Up to 20% annual bonus.
They will at least bump salary to 120 and pay your sign on again on 1 year anniversary. Probably can get at least 10k more stock too
Just curious what's offer for level 62?
y i k e s New grad (returning intern) L60 (uncommon, but not extremely rare) can get 119k base, 150k stock / 3.5yr without too much trouble
Update on my offer. The recruiter said she would increase my offer to an unknown value, and that the offer letter has a lower number will be different from the actual number. She says not to worry about it and sign it. Is this a legal tactic to get me to sign on a lower offer? Should I ask for a revised offer letter?

Google CFO confirms 'large-scale' layoffs (Apr 17)
Ask for 130 base 150k stocks over 4 years and 50k sign on over 2 year's. They will settle for lesser but this is pure insult
Wow, that seems like a lot to ask with no competing offers. Maybe that's just me.
