I am quite shocked to see this offer. I had 3 years experience and guess that I didn't do well at on-site. What do you think how much more can I negotiate? Level: 60 Base Comp: $115,500 Sign-on Bonus: $5K On-hire Stock: $10K
What’s your current TC? Did you tell them your current TC?
To be honest, that comp sucks. I have seen new grads getting more than that
I am thinking about 125k for base, 30k for sign-on bonus and 50k for stock. Is it possible? If not, I think I shoud deny it
The base is standard for L60. It would be almost impossible to bump that up. You might be able to push the sign-on to 10K and stock to 30K. Without competing offer, I don’t think you’ll be able to take it any higher than this. Good luck.
Yeah. I got 113k with 15k in stock. I came from outside of tech and I got low balled. Leaving soon for a better offer.
It's the standard L60 industry hire with no competing offers.
You'll need a competing offee to get them to budge mich. If they REALLY wanted you they'd have come with a stronger offer out of the gate.
The sign on bonus is way to low
I got 115k base, 10k bonus and 25k stock. I was an industry hire as well with no competing offers and 2 yrs experience. I couldn't negotiate really but it was way higher than what I was making before so I gladly accepted
Same to me. I got 125k base, 15k bonus and 25k stock with 4 years industry experience With no competing offer.

Oh.. any competing offer? How’s your current Tc and location? What happened in onsite interview.. did one round go bad?
I don't have any competing offer. I live in Seattle so they don't need to provide relocation package. I did really badly on one round. Thinking about denying this offer because it is too low. How much should I negotiate?
If you did really bad, they would not have hired you. I hope you are not expecting 150k for 3 year experience.
