At what level do MBA grads come in at Microsoft? Is it 61 or 62? What does their compensation package look like?

Not true at all, CSM start at 58
Maybe for those that don’t have experience but I know for a fact that those with similar experience getting offers for high 63

Most MBAs at Amazon come at L6, some at L5 when down leveled during loops. Know a few at L7 but only if coming other cos after MBA. Unclear on leveling at Microsoft
