Btw you can always negotiate. I don't think they'll just pull the offer since they're pretty serious upping it twice. Worst case is they'll say that's the highest they can go. Just be respectful, tactful, and professional. You shouldn't have any problems

Base puts you at L62. However, stock and signing dont. Ask for more signing and stock.
Good offer , high end of range for 62. They could go higher on RSU, seems kinda low but other than that, in line with the level and role.

62 is a high offer for 4 YOE. Most get 60-61
