Microsoft Onsite
Hey, I had an on-site interview at Microsoft for a SDE 2 role. I had 5 interviews (4 coding and 1 design). I think I messed up in design and performed well in the coding rounds. How much of an impact design interview can make in the hiring decision. TC - 180k YOE - 4

Cant say much abt msft, but it depends on how badly you messed up and how influential the interviewer is. At least at Amazon, one interview wouldn't matter as much as long as HM and bar raiser interviews go well.
