Microsoft PM to Facebook TPM
Just got an offer for Facebook TPM role in Menlo Park location. Wondering if it is a good move as it is the TPM role and not PM. Read mixed reviews about TPM role in Facebook. Need help in deciding. Facebook community can you please advise?

I know some TPMs moved into PM roles eventually, through Rotation programs, but it’s a long shot. May be worth for TC. Are you a PM at MSFT? I was at FB.

I provide insight into what should be built and why. Customer impact expected and KPIs used to measure it. Facebook job description seems to be a horizontal project management. That’s not what they said during interview, so I am not sure if I should trust the job description or the interview. That being said I know I will learn a lot, new technologies, velocity etc. So I am in two minds...
