- Play up that and the value you delivered as an intern. Still strongly recommend a good competitive offer though. Apply for a couple Amazon jobs, interview and tell them you've got an offer deadline, they'll turn around an interview and offer quick. You don't have to want to work there, you just should understand your worth. I'd suggest Facebook over Amazon as the pay is better, but I'm unfamiliar with how long their process takes; Google takes *forever*.Jul 15, 20171

- Knowing how the Microsoft rewards system works, very few people with $123K base are getting a $25K bonus - that's top of range for those folks. And $31K annual stock is way out of range. Maybe as signing stock, but annual rewards are much lower at that level.
