Recently interviewed for MS SDE 2 role and got a call from them that they would like to extend an offer. I would like to know what comp can be expected for a 4 years experienced SDE from Expedia. No competing offer. But in my initial offer phone call, I said something around 200. Is that okay to increase the number now?
Here are my recent ones from the last few months. Both are SDE2 in Redmond. L62 no competing offer: 133 base, 40 sign on, 75k rsu. Declined. L61 and multiple competing offers: 135 base, 40 sign on, 150k rsu. Accepted.

Depends on if you have competing offers and if its lvl 61 or 62. Redmond for 61 it’s around 120-135 base, 25-50k SO, 50-125 stock/4yrs. Dont make the same mistake the rest of us do, get competing offers, the recruiter gives you plenty of time to do so, it even makes their job easier to negotiate with HM.
great suggestion
