Microsoft SDE2 offer negotiation
Unofficial offer in Redmond level: 61 base: 128.5k stock: 80k over 4 years sign on: 15k YOE: 4+ years (2.5 in the U.S.) and Masters Looks base and stock are low but I only have this offer. Can I ask for higher numbers? I'm thinking 130k base and 25k stock per year. Is the level okay based on my exp?
Level is fine. Your ask is reasonable.

Just say you are not in a hurry and was just passively looking/ waiting to hear from other companies. MSFT recruiters lowball everyone so do not give up. Good luck!
At the least: 130/100/30. Would aim for 135/120/30. Ask for +10-15k TC more a year.
130 base is reasonable. 100K stock and 30K bonus is a stretch.
