Base: 140k Stock: 140k (35k per year) Signon bonus: 30k (22k first year + 8k second year) Annual bonus: 0-20% Eligible for annual extra stock bonus up to 13k TC: ~210k for the first year. Current TC: 78k YOE: 3 Thoughts on the offer? Any room for further negotiation?
Not a great offer but definitely much better than your current TC.

Yes I have a competing offer with a little higher TC but leaning towards Microsoft.
Average over 4 years comes out to almost $200k. Which is 25k+ above levels.fyi average for L61 So I don't think there's a lot more room. I recently got an L62 offer that was around $220k. Had multiple competing FAANG offers.
