Microsoft "Service Enginneer", "Senior Service Engineer", "Service Engineer 2/II" Pay Scales + benefits?
Hey guys, what kind of base pay + Annual Bonus + Sign on bonus + RSUs will an experienced engineer expect for the titles listed in this thread in Seattle? Thanks for any help that can be offered!

What is the percentage on your annual bonus?
Target bonus for senior is 15%. Target for SE2 is 10%. I've received 12% and 14% at SE2 without trying too hard.

Well, it will change. You can't be a hardware monkey, you have to be good at coding/automation
Company is slowly trying to adopt SREs, I heard that they will retitle you to SRE in certain teams but won't expect you to code immediately if you can't. Training will be provided. However, service engineering roles have very slow promotions as far as I have seen.
