Microsoft Walk Out Questions
1. The remaining vacation days will be paid based on TC? 2. How about the insurance during the gap? If my next career will not start until 1 month from walking out time, how would the insurance work in this month? 3. Any other specific things i have to take care before it is too late? Thanks! California law requires unused vacation payout, but it's only for the base. Not sure about Washington.
1. Vacation payout is on base salary, not TC. 2. Check with your HR you might need to cover the gap. 3. Delete your porn.
