Industry hires need an L64 offer with 7-10 yoe to hit that new grad sign on and stock number. Pathetic.
Nah not necessarily true. I was an industry hire, though fairly low level (L61 2 YoE), and my offer was a good amount higher - 135k/200k/50k. The key is to have good competing offers. I had offers from G and FB which gave me leverage to negotiate up.
Look at how many stock buybacks they issue, that's money they didn't invest in you
