Relocation doesn't count as TC and your stock bonus vests over 4 years so

Also, not here to compare compensation with yours. Need to know my offer is good or not compared to average Microsoft Sr. PM.

Hahah fair point surfers. Looks competitive. Also to set expectations right bonus range is 15-30% of your base. Most folks who do well make 22.5% on cash. Also new bonus stock vests over 5 years so it’s a joke. But MSFT wise good offer. But always ask more atleast ask for 150k initial stock. They might push to 100-125k.

Need to divide sign on by 4 too. You don’t get sign on every year. The yearly stock is also divided by 5 years. Total comp is base + stock grant/4 + sign on/4 + cash bonus. Stock grant bonus is divided by 5 if you really want to count that.

Recruiter mentioned sign on is upfront one lump sum.

Yes. But your TC will be lower the next year then.

I agree with gorilla . @surfer, your Tc is roughly 200k base+ stock + annual bonus. It depends upon your yoe whether it is good or bad. What is your yoe?

Yeah I feel I could have done little better on stocks. But then again there's an annual stock bonus of 24 to 48k, although it has a vesting period of 5 years.

I'll say negotiate a bit on stocks, yes rewards wise u can get more, but always remember it depends on your performance review and can be lower as well.
