Microsoft interview feedback response time
I gave an interview with Microsoft 5 days ago, they took 5 rounds ( last round was with principal and no technical questions were asked, it was more about selling their team) and 3rd round I were unable answer couple questions rest all went very well. How long does it take to get feedback? What are the chances ? I sent a thank you note to HM, he responded saying “we will be in touch with you soon,please fell free to contact for any questions/concerns in the meantime”. Not sure how to interpret this.

Why to leave Amzn for MS? It seems Ms doesn’t pay well.
Our recruiting process is often slow (so are a lot of others). Based on the last conversation, I would say you did well. They likely have other candidates they have to interview, so it may take a few weeks.
You got the as app, probably an offer coming your way. Be prepared for low offers though... no way they are going to match Amazon stock appreciation TC.
If you got the last interview chances are higher that they'll be rolling out an offer. I would follow up with your recruiter to see if they have any update on the process. Good luck!
I got the email in the nextday of the in person loop, that they would like to talk to me and said that the interview went well and discussed the offer details over the phone. If they don't get back to you in the next day then they are doing the interview with rest of the candidates and will get back to you in a week. So be in touch and follow up with the recruiter. Good luck!

You should be fine if you didn't do well in only one round.
