Microsoft last date
Recently got an offer from another fang company. The new company wants me to join asap. But I read from other posts that staying until June will make sure I receive bonus. Can anyone confirm this policy? Do I have to stay until June end and then resign?

You become elligible for rewards if you are employed on July 1. Your manager could still decide to give you 0 rewards though
Ok..I have to announce only after July 1st. I thought all the numbers would be locked in by May. How can the manager change them? Have you seen that happen?
The manager can't but someone higher up the chain can if they really wanted to.
