Microsoft negotiations
Hi guys, I got L62 offer from them. University recruiter is unnecessarily taking time to update offer based on competing offers from Google/FB. Does delay of 3 days mean they are having trouble increasing it. I told them approximate offer numbers. Anyone having experience with Microsoft university recruiting for PhD candidates, please suggest.
Does delaying mean something ? He told me I will get back to you with a strong offer in early next week.
Par for the course for recruiters. Not necessarily a Microsoft thing. They are the worst
How do you get L62 immediately after PhD? What kind of role is this?
I had 5 YoE before phd
L62 offers are usually on par with L4 google offers
They are absolutely not... I recently got an offer from MS and they couldnt even get close to matching G, or even Amazon.
What's the current offer from FB, G and Microsoft ?
TC or GTFO
I highly doubt we're giving you anything that competes with TC from G or FB
