+1 stock should be higher. I got L61 140k base and 140k stock with 3 YOE. I had a competing offer though with a similar breakdown.

Your target bonus for a year is 35k I am saying according to performance reviews at Microsoft, average performer gets 17-18k which is 50%. And this is pre-tax

I gave their interview on Nov 1st and want to understand if you have given it at the same time as well. They gave me the offer today.
