Anyone ever had an issue going to Amazon from Microsoft due to non-compete? Did Amazon even care to take a look at it? Whats the likelihood some low level person like me would even be bothered with it? Thanks.
WA
Is WA right to work state? If it is then they can't tell you or enforce it. Only way amazon will come after you is if you take trade secrets and some how damage Amazon by doing that. I have signed plenty or noncompete and usually they are never enforceable. Also what level are you? VP or above ?
Microsoft, not amazon... wayyyyyyyy below a Vp.
Yea Microsoft! :) yea if you are not a big fish and not taking any trade secrets then it's not worth there time

The VP of Microsoft Dynamics CRM went to Salesforce, direct competitor. Nobody cared. They won't care about you
It’s ok, they care only if you are a big shot or work on some secret project, otherwise people change to competitors to every day.
Okay, phew. Giving notice time then 😂😱
Just FYI if they ask where you are going and you do say amazon they might just walk you out so prepare for that before hand.
What state?
