Microsoft to Zillow?
62 at MSFT to SDE at Zillow I don't have Zillow TC numbers yet. 1. What should I be expecting in TC? 2. Is Zillow worth moving to from MSFT?

Zillow's equivalent of 62. Not leveling up.

Depends on how good your TC is at Microsoft. Make sure you include benefits in your calculation.

Zillow stock has plummeted 40% over the last few months.
Good time to join and get adjusted rsu count while it's low then 😊
Alternatively, it could be a bad time to join. 40 could end up being another 40 on top of it. Sorry to say mate, Zillow got into a risky business of home inventory and wall street ain't happy about it.
