So I'm also considering trying to start my own company but see it being challenging in obtaining funding in the midwest. Beyond relocating, any advice? My company would disrupt many challenges in recruiting and retention in companies by increasing motivation, happiness, and engagement, creating a win-win for employees and employers alike.
