Does Facebook have a military leave policy? Meaning if I am in the reserves and get activated, do they pay any salary during activation?
I believe by law they have to if you are non-exempt employee? I have yet to see a bay area company with no military leave policy.
Thanks!
Been a while since I had to care, but unless it's changed, they are not required to pay you, only to keep your position for you. Policies on pay vary from company to company.

FB has a very generous policy. They will pay you an amount equal to your salary - military pay (so you keep your salary) for up to 5 years. You can also return to your job after you return from service. I am not sure about RSUs, but my understanding is that on most leaves, you continue to vest normally and also receiver refresher grants as though you were at the “Meets All Expectations” performance rating.
