Min Compensation in Bay Area

What should be a minimum compensation for someone in Bay Area with 1 year of experience out of college with bachelors in doing application development?

P.S: I know itโ€™s a very broad question and depends on company and your potential and many other factors. But still on an average? I am considering moving to the bay. LinkedIn is my dream company right now!

If youโ€™re looking for a minimum, Iโ€™m sure you can find some companies in bay area paying $70-80k or even less base salary for 1yr experience. Normal base salary would be $100-110k. $130+k base is decent. The bigger variance is in the stocks/options component.
