Mobile App Traction Question

we’ve been slowly tweaking our gamified rewards app for over a year now with roughly 400k downloads and monthly active of 50-60k users - is that considered good traction? to-date we’ve only spent $1k on fb ads and google adwords and we’re about to launch our referral program in a few weeks. in admob, we’ve made about $30k but gave it all away to our users as rewards. we have power users who have been with us since day one, roughly around 10k users and spend around 15-20 mins daily on the app. what else should we be looking at this point?

What does your tech stack look like? Can you provide more details on what your app does and how you monetize?

Sure! We’re only on Android for now, iOS coming soon. Python for APIs CMS to manage all activities on the app (scheduling, user targeting, reports, etc.) We have native casual games (spinwheel, ball bounce, more to come), sponsored videos/surveys/announcements. AdMob for monetization and we’re testing mediation already with inmobi, applovin, etc. Rewarded videos to get tokens to play the games where they can win rewards. If they complete sponsored activities, they also get rewards. Rewards are in the form of prepaid top-up load.
