It has been more than 5 weeks after onsite at Google India location. I have reached out the recruiter once on email, but he hasn't yet responded. Is this kind of wait interval normal?
☝🏻
5 weeks are too much. Send another email asking for updates, wait a few days and if you don’t get any reply try to call them ASAP. Good luck!
Yes, I have to reach out again and worse case, call. Have finished the process at a competitor, so if I get an offer, then may be I can push for feedback. I have read online (Q) that some have received feedback even after 3 months after onsite, that's really weird and long.
It’s not normal. If you’re eligible for next step, they will call in 1-2 weeks.
I don't know what the next step is after onsite interviews, either you get a reject or you move on to HC. I hear there is no team matching in India geo, you are matched after offer but around 2-4 weeks before joining, have also heard after joining, so not sure on that really.
It really depends on your feedback and office. The recruiter will always call you to let you know your feedback, and if you will able to proceed to next step team matching or HC.
Keep on interviewing as well
