Vitamin D + running for half an hour at least two times a week. Don't use antidepressants.

Ironman workout plan. Period. I used to feel depressed. But after the workout regiment, it’s gone. I feel like I’m going to pass out time to time. But it feels amazing and I feel grateful to be alive. No pain no gain.
Sometimes changing your lifestyle can make a difference. Exercise, be in the sun, wake up early. But sometimes, a good drug can make all the difference. My depression is genetic, and I have done so much better since I got my prescription.
