Move to a new company or move internally?

Recently got an offer from a small company in Dallas for a senior developer role. Currently working at Chase on a 602 (which is also senior but Chase decided to consider them associate). I have an internal opportunity offer and an external offer. External offer has a little better pay than I have at Chase. But I'm fedup with Chase engineering culture. Would it be a wise decision to move outside or should i just move internally?

U "currently have an internal opportunity along with this offer"? Wat? What is internal? And what is "this offer"?

Internal opportunity = moving internally to a different team or a group. External opportunity = an offer from a different company.

Don't see an down side with external. Better pay and also not fed up w culture. Why is this a tough decision?

Because Chase has a brand name. Regardless of it's bad culture it still can land you an interview at a decent company. However the other company is not that big of a company. It isn't a giant like Chase. Allot of people wouldn't know if this company existed.

U already got this so called brand name on your resume. So not much sense staying for more of the same brand name. That actually doesn't even make sense.

Also Chase is evil.

A recognized name is worth a certain amount of money. A no name company needs to pony up quite a bit more money or be offering experience that is hard to get at Chase to be worth it.

If there's anything I've learned about Chase, it's that they give not two shits about your loyalty. You already seem to have one foot out the door already anyways. Do your thing, Chase fella.
