On the business analytics front, there is a huge shift starting. The large consulting firms are making huge investments in analytic teams to farm out for consulting services.
There is not enough data talent out there and companies are actually just getting to real analytics. There will be no were near enough talent for the demand and the consulting firms have insanely deep pockets without having to raise capital, because the fortune 1,000 are their existing client base.
Engineers, developers, data scientists, client facing and sales.
